Going to keg this weekend

Everyone’s different I suppose and got their own personal taste.

I started with coppers Mexican Cerveza, took me 10 days in wort then bottled it. 2 weeks later was drinking them.

I started with 1.040
And ended with 1.000
Was left in for 12 days then bottled
I have a heater in set at 22degrees

I’m brewing it now, been fermenting now for 4 days
