I understand from what i have read that fermenting under pressure adds to hop aroma and flavour retention. I would also be able to transfer to secondary with very little oxygen getting to the brew and therefore hopefully making better beers.

Hi all
I am thinking about purchasing a 27ltr Fermzilla 3 and would appreciate feedback and advice on using it. I am newish to brewing and would be brewing IPA'S, DIPA, NEIPA etc.

Thanks for the advice dads ale and cobnut. The yeast I have is 05 and mangrove jacks w44 west coast, but could get something else no problem.

Hi all I would appreciate some advice on what works well with el dorado hops in a pale ale or ipa. I want to create a fruity ale with a ibu of 20 to 25 and was wondering if any of you had a go to recipe you could give me to try. I am quite new to brewing so any advice will be greatly appreciated. Just to let you know, my porter has turned out really nice and most of the burnt taste and smell has gone. What remained has added a good flavour so I am happy.

I am priming my beer with brewing sugar in the fermenter before bottling for the first time and want to know how much to use to get a good carbonation in 23ltr.
