I understand from what i have read that fermenting under pressure adds to hop aroma and flavour retention. I would also be able to transfer to secondary with very little oxygen getting to the brew and therefore hopefully making better beers.

I am thinking about purchasing a 27ltr Fermzilla 3 and would appreciate feedback and advice on using it. I am newish to brewing and would be brewing IPA'S, DIPA, NEIPA etc.

Thanks for the advice dads ale and cobnut. The yeast I have is 05 and mangrove jacks w44 west coast, but could get something else no problem.

Just to let you know, my porter has turned out really nice and most of the burnt taste and smell has gone. What remained has added a good flavour so I am happy.
