Having made this several times and everyone loving it I have one issue. Can't seem to get the carbonation right. I put 6g sugar in 500ml bottle and sometimes it carbonates perfectly others are just flat. I also put 24g in 2l bottles and none have carbonated?? Am I fermenting too long as sometimes th...
