The kit was a Hoptimum IPA with with PIA (Kiwi Pale Ale) yeast. Not used this yeast before.

Hello, I'm after some guidance on what might have gone wrong with my latest kit brew. There's very little CO2 being generated and an eggy smell is coming from the airlock. I have stuck with my usual hygene routine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, I forgot to add the brewing sugar when I transferred the Woodfordes Tinsel Toes to a bottling bucket. All 45 bottles have now been capped. I was thinking of uncapping them and adding the sugar solution. Any ideas? Thanks. Daz
