Sadly that link is only one beer that I dont like!

I have had a look round this forum and while there is some god copy cat recipes (a lot posted by moderator Jim) sadly they are whole grain barley where you have to cook out the sugar.

I am wanting to go down the road of DME or LME with out the use of ready tins

I'm just about to make a batch of red cat imperial red (craft beer kit). It had a Sasha of hops included in the box. The instructions say hops are included in the liquid malt. But I am unsure about putting them in or not because my last batch Belgium festival had the same and it tastes very bitter. ...
