Very nice! What are the notes that the pilgrim hops provide? I haven't used them before.

Interested to hear what you think of the Caraaroma addition The caraaroma addition was very nice and is what helps give this beer it's red color. I get a slight nuttiness and a tinge of dark caramel and it adds beautifully to the aroma. Here's a pic of the beer it's one I keep in my regular rotatio...

About ~6 points away from final gravity at 2.5 days of fermentation. Airlock smells great!

Nick did a 2 hour boil where as I stuck to a 1 hr, he did boil a fair bit off tbf probably around 6 litres. Hydrometers calibrated to 20c and pre boil wort was about 30c Perplexing I'm wondering if there something going on with the preboil readings stratification maybe? You would have had to boil o...
