Stays at 20c mostly throughout the day, And rises to 21 for a while in the evening.
Even during the night does not fall below 20c, Which is good i suppose.
And the bubbles will vary between 1min 30s to 2 mins.

I,m brewing a StPeters Kit "IPA" 32 pints.
Its been Fermenting now for 16 days at 20-21c, I,m getting a bubble through the air lock about every 2mins.
Is the normal.

I remember doing "London Bitter" early80s, late 70s from Boots, Dare i say it tasted fine to me.

Thank you Gentleman, For your guidence.
Nallum, Think i will give the sugar a miss, Was thinking maybe use some Citra hops (good point) towards the end of fermention.

Been out of the brewing game a while, Just finding my feet again. In the newyear i intend to dabble a bit with the below. I,ve bought a Coopers Brew A IPA 1.7Kg, And decided to get a Can of Coopers Light Malt Extract 1.5Kg. Going to use Safale us-05. Will this turn out ok? Would i need to add suger?...
