Almost 2 years later, just buying the hops to re-brew this. This is a cracking summer brew, highly recommended!
How much of the Nielsen-Massey extract do you add per 23 litre brew?

Re: Kveik No1

CML 5 is supposed to be rated up to 29c. Would that be an option?

Re: Keg question

If the beer out dip tubes in both kegs have holes that would be very rare ☹️

Re: Kveik No1

I know the usual temps are 30+ but does Kveik still ferment below 25c? Or is below 30c where the undesirable flavours form?

Re: Keg question

Is the problem with the same keg or both? There's a slim chance your beer out dip tube may have a pin hole in it. I had one when I first got my kegs, one keg would pour fine but the other was at least half a glass of foam. Eventually found a small hole just below beer level so it was drawing co2 fro...

Re: The Range MYO Red wine

Finally started drinking this. It's actually quite drinkable. Is it as good as the £32-£35 kits I usually do? No but I certainly won't be pouring it down the drain like I did with the carafe 21. This is quite fruity but I can't pin down the actual flavour. To me it seems a bit one dimensional but wh...

Re: FastFerment or similar insulated jacket

Your fermenter dimensions are (taken from the link you provided). "Height excluding airlock is 52cms Diameter is 34cms. Airlocks will add about 18ml depending on the types." So as the dimensions of the fastferment jacket are (taken from the description on the brewuk website). "diameter 52 cm, height...
