or Marc Olloson but I don't remember Marc posting for a while. I'm still around but between changing jobs and having a huge amount of research to do with an ongoing issue (which has just resulted in 14 petitions being lodged in the Lords against a Private Bill) has left me extremely short of time -...

That is a very big liberty of CAMRA to assume copyright, I really hope you get that one sorted out. I've just looked at my contract (blown the dust off it now) and I think I prefer the 6 months they told you as clause 24 "reversion of rights" states blah blah once out of print the author must give n...

Mine was going for £192.85 on e-bay last time I looked. Bastards! Imagine the royalties on those sales :=P I must say it really pee's me off to see some of the rip off prices out there for mine at the mo. Now bear in mind the book is still available (until some shops some thru etc) but on Amazon...

 Must still be an awful lot of ex-pats brewing then, as that must be the only market they have - i see they do a "stout flavour" as well now, how can you have a stout flavour? Tis either stout or it is not. We did try using 3 tins of this once to make up the size and brewed with 500gms dme an...

That can is certainly bright.. :D Mind you I don't know if any of you remember this kit... Mighty Mo....basically the size of a small tin of baked beans, apart from the beans tasted better  came in bitter and lager Was an extremely popular kit amongst ex-pats due to ease of getting into dry sta...

I think it's going to be (after careful thought) Townes IPA as a base, but I'm going to sub out the cascade and replace with amarillo and maybe drop some EKG in for dry hopping.

Well the time is looming for me to start brushing off the brewing cobwebs, and now have to think about getting my ingredients in. Will look into the local brewery aspect for buying from there, but I must say I'm very impressed at Reapers prices and if the price differential isn't huge I'd rather buy...

Vossy Do you mean the recipe? If so then p115 will need to be changed in the current printed version of the book. There was nought we could do originally as the book had been published on its first run before it was noticed, and the 2nd run is now in question - so the mistake might not get rectified...

Ok There were 48 copies left at the publishers, I say 48 cos I just bought them all up :D I have been in touch with the publisher as well, whilst not keen on considering a straight reprint they may be willing to consider a revised version. The only real revision I could think of was to highlight whi...

Just heard from the publisher today.
They have reached the end of the print run and are having doubts over republishing, will endeavour to find out tomorrow how many are left and to see if there is anything I can do to keep it in print.

I'll keep you advised on how it's going.

Hi mate It does contain basic instructions, if you are considering brewing with extract then I'd say you'd be ok - however if all grain brewing then the instructions are quite concise, they just say do this task in this order etc - no reasons as to why it is done that way (which some people find bui...
