Recommissioning Brewery
During the time since my reintroduction to the forum the redesign of the boiler and HLT controls has been completed and hooked up to the power supply. The boiler control is simple enough, consisting of an isolating switch, a couple of MCBs, and a push button on/off switch for each element. The eleme...

Is anyone using, or has tried Dairy Bleach for cleaning /sterilising. I believe farmers use it as a deep clean and no rinse Sanitiser on milk vessels and related equipment.

Re: doom bar style critique please

Tried propper job at Plymouth beer fest... gopping!!! had more citrus notes than a pint of lime, yuk. And while I'm on my soap box, I am troubled by th...

Re: Beer pull spout question (odd spout)

Re: Beer engine bubble question
From what I'm to understand there are (or were) two different types of beer engine run-off; the swan neck that is designed to create the head, and a tap like run-off that doesn't, though I can't say hand on heart that I've seen the latter. Being a southerner I'd ban the the sparkler, its nothing mor...

Re: Lynx effect kettle element shroud
I'd like to know how you came up with that idea matey? Was it one of those 'sat on the throne' moments? Not so much an eureka moment, more of a, 'Hmm, I wonder'. Personally, I think those clever people at Lynx always had it in mind to make the perfect shroud for us budget elementals, but they were ...
