I bought a new laptop with Win 11 in December and I don't have any problems with Beer Engine, it displays and works just as it did with my old laptop, so I am not sure what could be causing your issue.

It's been a long time since I took one apart but I think the first thing when you have the tap off is to try to separate the metal body from the plastic clip. well if we're gonna discuss.. why 30 mins at 75c? :lol: what else have you tried and what did you think about it? for me, very roughly 90c for as long as it takes to naturally cool and ferment out.. because it's a very simple (read lazy) method that gives results i like. i have steeped at flameout ...
