Re: Cutting thick stainless (5mm) ?

You can cut that thickness with a standard bi metal hole saw.

1. Speed 1 on your drill.
2. Firm pressure
3. Lots of cutting fluid to keep it cool. WD40 will do

used keg cleaning

i did think of knocking something up with a sprayball and pump but that still wouldnt clean out the dip tubed etc. Use a cross connector or 2 T’s and plug in the disconnects. I have a pump in a bucket with a hole cut in the log. Plug in the disconnects, invert the keg over a FIXED spray ball. I’ve ...

2018 Citra T90 Pellets

I have used them, delivery is slow but safe.

Have you tried the home brew company? I normally use them now as it’s quite a saving over my old favourite the malt miller. DPD shipping too.

Make sure your balls are stainless.

Never trust what you buy is what you get. Luckily my keg blocked up due to my hop bag coming open in the keg so not much was consumed. F me...if I’m not online next week I’ve died of ball bearing poisoning. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190522/1a464130f46966f598efd7fc06d27afe.jpg Sent from my i...

No, 16A but 13A is fine if everything is up to standard.

strawbery and lime cider

Seems the bulldog is strawberry and the on the rocks is raspberry.

Like you said, brew it short and use dextrose not table sugar to see if that makes a difference. Or even a brew enhancer which has some light DME in.

Re: Brew builder thermometer & pid

This is a guess as I have not looked up the specs, but I would speculate the ink bird is a NTC or PTC, not a RTD (pt100)
