Ok mate thanks. I’ll make sure to avoid them. I have dealt with John at Northwest Hop farms in Canada and found them reliable. I bought quite a few different UK varieties from them and all were superb. Great prices too. I've been doing some checking and it may not be their fault. I've been contacte...

I used four ozs in a three gallon batch. It was there in the taste, but subtle.

How does that compare to your expectations? Not medium to high as advised. Wonder what your thoughts might be.
With the high percentage of dark grains and flaked barley I was hoping for 1.015-16 so not that far off. It tastes great.

Add 8 ozs of 2-row to the crystal and torrified wheat and steep/mash at 150f/65.6c for 30-45 minutes and you're good to go. O G 1.048, three gallons. Slight hint of foam at 24 hours, 1/8 inch of foam at 36 hours, and burping every 3.5 seconds at 48 hours.
