Went from 1.049 to 1.013.

Use a clean ale yeast. The only temperature control I have is what my basement is. I sometimes brew a lager grainbill with ale yeast in the summer and an ale grainbill with a lager yeast in the winter.

I have no idea, but on a different forum I saw a post claiming it was similar to S-04.

It was burping through the airlock every 15 seconds 22 hours after pitching.
This morning every 4 seconds 46 hours after pitching.

1.049 original gravity. Burping through the airlock every 15 seconds 22 hours after pitching.

My first go with this, in an ESB of 1.049: 3.3 gallons.

It's just as well that it's discontinued. As it ages a bit it's getting kind of blah.

Another delivery and I'm set up for the next 18 months.

Freeze them. I had a pound of amarillo last 5 years that way.
