This time of year i can`t see you having much of a problem. Take a SG reading the weekend you set it away then the following weekend your back home check and see how its doing then. Iff it does stick you can always add a restarter but as i say i don`t think it would be a problem this time of year an...

I recently brewed a wilko IPA and tweaked by adding xtra EKG hops,cardamom and corriander seeds.
I was sorta inspired after watching some dogfish head stuff on you tube.
It turned out great after only 2 weeks in the bottles so am gonna do another batch for the summer 8)

Hello Jimbro.This is somthing i often experience with my PBs and taps. Its not realy a bad sign but rather a good one more often than not. The cap on the barrel then is airtight and i think as pressure builds somthing somewhere will occasionaly have to give. As i say it happens but i would`nt worry ...

I find iff you have a batch of fizz bombs the best thing to do,and i`m sure i have read on many bottles is,after opening pour swiftly into a pint glass :!:

It does work and means theres no wiping up or mess iff you just let it stand before pouring #-o

Hello geezah.I av just come across this post and now wanna know whats the best way to store malt grains and how long they keep in a kitchen enviroment.Am i right in thinking an airtight container somewhere dry n dark?Luv that heat controled brew cupboard man.
