Induction plates

Can you use a induction plate on the catering portal type stock pot, I've got 70 litre pots but looking at 5 gal batches occasional 10 gallon, would they cope, anyone using them

This is what I got: USA Citra (T90) 14.4% Centennial (T90) 11.9% Cascade (T90) 7.6% Columbus (Leaf) 17.3% Germany Magnum (Leaf) 17.31% Nugget (T90) 10.2% Herkules (Leaf) 17.3% UK WGV (Leaf) 6.94% All the leaf ones seem to be in clear bags, the pellets in a gold backing clear fronted heat sealed bags...

I bought a selection of hops from eBay, there in various vacuum sealed bags, but something smells real bad, best way to describe the smell is that it is like dog poo. Dragged my heels a little but have just ordered 2 70 Litre Stock pots and 1 50 Litre Thermo pot, there are saying 4-5 Days for the delivery, think im going to go electric
will start piecing together the other bits needed not

No it was only re hydrated Nottingham, but i was thinking of trying to save it more for the experience than anything else
