It smells delightful I've just put it into crash cool with a charge of chops and some more orange zest, I just hope it keeps the aroma..

There's a good pod cast on Beersmith that discusses this,apparently the idea is to make hops more available as there simply isn't going to be enough hops the way things are going.
The hops after extraction are used as a lesser AA hop...
It's interesting.

No pics sorry but Brewed this today ....Much easier not following anything but instinct turned out well. 1.1kg munich malt 5kg of Extra pale MO 200g Acid malt 20g Idaho 7 , 60min 70g Idaho 7 ,5 mins 1lb of blood orange cascade candi syrup Zest of 2 blood oranges 5min And 2 more in the fermenter US05...

I love a good Biere de Garde but I've had mixed results with yeast it sometimes comes out to musty for me , I know it's a good thing in this style but I like a slightly cleaner one like 3 monts ...let us know how this terns out recipie looks good.

It's an amazing hop in its own right and I'm sure you've made a good beer with it. simcoe is also amazing but some don't like it's( to coin an American phrase ) dank character which is often a down side to the hop. The beer was in brew dog but it was by dugees it was clearwater tropical thunder it says it's a wild beer lambic but I'm not so sure as it was so clean.

That's a very kind offer ....I think I might of come up with a plan, I've got some cip welding co2 I just home there's enough in it to dispense. ..there's always something. ...I've also got a co2 fire extinguisher which my wife isn't letting me go any where near ...until at least after Christmas :=P
