Hi,

I use cornie with out a fridge for dispensing as well. I am lucky I guess having a nice cool dry cellar. I am sure I amo not the only person who doesn't use a fridge.

Hi Froggi, I am another Sheffield AG brewer. I only started this summer and some would say jumped right in at the deepend. I did one brew using extract which was didn't quite go to plan, turned out a beer at about 2.4%! This did though enable me to see how my boiler and the fementing would work with...

Cornelius Keg Disconnect Leaking

Hi, I have just got my 2nd Cornelius Keg and disconnects. However the black one is leaking beer from the top. Being a newbe to Cornelius kegs I can see that it is not right. I used this tank connecter on my mash tun, it has a push fit for 15mm copper and a 1/2 BSP thread on the other.

It has worked well other than it came with no washers so i had to make some!

The ones i got come in 2 versions 110v and 220v I got the 220v option. I think i got the wrong link! I didn't get stung with any import taxes just took while to come but are under half the price than from the UK. Another +1 for Norman. I've just recived my 2 i ordered from Norman on Firday. He was helpful and answered all my questions. They have come with disconects and hose.

Hi, I used a very simular ball valve on my SS boiler, I used a 15mm tank connector with a BSP thread, i used some PTFE tape on the thread and have had no problems. I bought my tank connectors from Screwfix, just be aware they don't seem to come with any washing and mine leeked until i fitted a washe...
