I used pushfit once and it started leaking in my bathroom couldn't work out why Replaced it all with JG and never had any problems with it. Since then only used JG and used the inserts and never had any problems. The JG fittings fit straight onto copper pipe, and copper compression fittings fit onto...

Hi, I used a 38mm hole saw to fit my elements and had to do a small amount of filing to get it to fit. I think its better to be slightly too small than 2 big. Hi,

I got a brand new tesco value kettle I don't want you can have it for the postage cost around £5.

I got my locknuts from eBay. Search km8 and that will find you the m40 locknut for the haden elements

Sounds like you have made some beer! Can't fault you for having a go and it's worked. I would agree sounds like you need a wart chiller.
