Myself, Jim and Eric are having an evening at Fitzgeralds in Sunderland on Monday 29th Oct.
It was a great meet up last time there.

I made a batch a few months ago.
GW recipe with a spoonful of treacle and Notty.
Worked well.

If I remember correctly, According to Walter White an erlenmeyer flask is for measuring and mixing, not boiling.

I know Eric makes it, He does use acid and I think its quite complex, but it is nice.
I often use T&L golden syrup, I was under the impression it was the same as invert No1.
Im sure Eric will be along shortly and tell how he makes his.

Yeah there will be a few of us there.
It'll be nice to be back to the venue we've used many times before, but havnt been to, for a while.
