Hi Guys
Firstly excuse my ignorance newbie here. When you add aroma hops after boil say at 80c do you cool at the same time or do you steep fora certain time before cooling. Advice greatly appreciated.

Definately no third link. It presently working with a K type probe but was advised to get a P100 as I hear they are more accurate.

PID & P100 Probe

Hi Guys
Advice needed re PID & P100 Probe. The probe has three wires 2 red and 1 green. The PID appears to have only 2 connections for the probe. Any clarification really appreciated.

Hi there
What type of co2 gas is everyone using. I can access Hobby Weld Gas easy but cant access pub gas. Is this Hobby Weld Gas OK or not.
Whats the concensus. Any advice really appreciated.
