Aaaaaaaah! Look what I found in the back of the Filing Cabinet................... :D Opened with a good hiss, little bit of a gusher, no problem, very solid sediment. Fantastic Strawberry smell on opening the bottle, kitchen was filled with the Lovely aroma of Strawberries for 1/2 an hour! :D Taste...

I need a better picture mate. Too much of a close up to see what you are holding in that one.

Looks like a good recipe, I too like to use Panella. What was the corn addition for, to lighten the body?

I have 120g of cocoa nibs and 3 vanilla beans sitting in some Navy Rum for addition to a Coopers Dark Ale kit.

If your intention is to bottle the lot then you should just transfer from the fermenter to a bottling bucket and bottle from there. I don't think that you will want to be bottling from a pressure barrel that has been sat for two weeks.

Cocoa does indeed contain fat which can be detrimental to head retention.
