Hi all Am after a proper job clone recipe but noticed today that they are bottled conditioned , don’t know why I’ve never noticed it before :lol: but is it worth capturing the yeast and stepping up to use in the clone ? Let me know how you get on aamcle, don't live far from you wouldn't mind getting this sorted or going with the brewometer , just so I can check gravity from my comp in the house

Yes ended up kicking off that night lol went like the clappers for nearly 2 weeks , then when I dry hopped , it's started again lol

He’s never seen a hop, told him to split beer into demijohns and dry hop with different types , he will get an idea then
