Don’t see them selling too many at that price, the Gf is well established and a quality bit of kit with a cf chiller, and new Bluetooth controller.
The ace micro brewer etc is the price point bulldog should be aiming at as these are its main competition. The GF is at a different level.

Re: The Bulldog Master Brewer All in One System
Had a look there, looks to be a good system, the controller looks good once you get the hang of it. If it had an adjustable overflow pipe it would be a gf killer. I have seen the v1 and this looks far better.
Wonder would the hop spider sit inside the wort chiller
Great vids, cheers

The MaltMother™
If you are able to step mash try a mash out at 75 for 10 minutes , then sparge at 75 to. 80 degrees, this is my normal routine. Wouldn’t worry about it too much, grain is cheap, time isn’t

Re: The MaltMother™
Hi Ben
The obvious things to look at are grain crush size and doing a sparge.
I built a very similar system and get 75% efficiency with a sparge or 70% full batch. I recently started to crush my own grain, so I am playing around with crush size at the moment

Re: Stainless Fermenter - Benefits/drawbacks?
If you are not looking to harvest yeast, transfer under pressure etc then a conical makes sense, if not go for a flat bottomed stainless fermenter, as others have said it's for life, easy to clean etc
Polsinelli have great fermenters

The new robobrew pump system looks like a good option as well , it has a lot of features that the grainfather has. I think the malt miller are agents for keg kingdom
