Blocked keg?
An old home brew myth given how easily gases mix. But some truth I suppose given the time it takes and the size of the aperture.MashBag wrote:.... and it still has a co2 blanket.

Re: Blocked keg?
Once when I dry hopped with pellets some got into the keg and I had to remove the poppet from the post and the spring / gubbins out of the disconnect to have a clear path to serve the beer. This is a good idea. Just don’t take the disconnect off under pressure! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro

Keg will be full of co2 so very limited damage. You only need 2-3 psi to transfer. Also use a floating tube with a filter on, they wo...

Re: Wort Aerating device
If using dry yeast I just restrict the hose and pump at high pressure into the FV.
On the rare occasion I use wet, I use pure O2.

Re: Phosphoric acid - supply
Thanks, pity it's not FG. I've just been pointed to this brewing supplier in Northern Ireland, never used them before but it looks like they ship to all the UK. https://www.geterbrewed.com/phosphoric-acid-75-230-ml/ Great just got some. If it’s going to be impossible to get hold of I’m stocking up.
