I thought it would be thicker given the ingredients you`ve used. Have you brewed 9litre or more?Your ingredients have me intrested but 1.052 sounds low for these kits. I use a braun food blender with all my brews,it helps with attenuation considering you`re starting from the reccomended OG down to F...

Sounds good and malty.Did you hit the OG reading required with this kit?
When i first started doing these kits i used to use soft brown sugar before i discovered candi sugar.

West of the Medway they would be `East Kentish Golding`hops...I believe theres an old saying relating to men born east and west of the river the east being men from Kent and those from the west being Kentish men.

Thanx again Guy n NB.To be fair to both of you i`ve gotta Wilkos IPA kit which is what i thought these hop pellets will complement but at the minute i only have some choc malt.No good i think in an IPA so its Gonna be a dark ale.I may post pics of this tinkering (I also have bitter kits)
