Re: Panel Build

No issues with mixed control voltages, just use another colour cable And the cable is insulated for the highest voltage present,so even if a wire is only carrying 5 volts it needs to be rated for 240v if its in the same enclosure as 240v cable Where did you get the Tags printed out. if your despera...

make sure your glass is clean.
A perfectly clean glass will result in a bubble free liquid, dont you watch QI? If you want a head on your pint use a syringe to suck up some of the beer and slowly squirt it back into the glass.

Re: Boiler Power Control

scr/ssr -the output turns on when theres a suitable control voltage on the input, just like relay. SSvr- the output level varies depending on the the level of the input signal, the input signal maybe a varible resistor or a variable voltage, think of them like a dimmer switch.

Re: Options for conditioning/serving bigger than a bottle, but smaller than keg?

demijohns and cork bungs is my solution, dont bother with airlocks locks unless you want flat beer, but do check the bungs regularly, the gas likes to push the bungs out.o and wrap the demijons in something or keep em in a dark cupboard
