hello to all of you,
this week i bought some minikegs, and tomorrrw i will keg/bottle my ipa, and would like to know how much sugar shoul i use in my keg???
i m thinking to prime the bottles with 2.5 vols

Yes,i brew the mild and just can say that its wonderfull =) my girl and all my family loved it!!and only has 2 weeks in the bottle :) i used: muntons premium mild ale 1.5kg can 1 can of dark LME 250gr of beer enhancer the yeast was the one that came with the kit the og was 1040 and the fg was 1012 -...

WalesAles my apologies for my bad english!! i am from Portugal, and the funny part is that we, portuguese people, usualy has a russian accent when speaking english!!!! :) Ian, usualy i plan all my brews, beside this one.....and i also use dme or lme, but i wasnt using this time.....i know the yeast'...

there is any way of remove it from the beer?????.......i made a mistake with my brew bath, with a muntons wheat beer with honey and sugar (no dme), and the first night instead of 22ºC the bath had 25ºC......so the brew in the morning was with 26ºC.....since then i have it between 18º-21ºC....i m usi...

i have a muntons wheat kit and a pack of yeast wb06!! the kit expires this month, so i decided to brew it today!! but i dont have Wdme, or another DME/LME!!! so i m thinking to do it with honey!!or/and with brown sugar!!! it will work?? the amount of honey will be the same than sugar??? if mixed how...

Sorry for the quality of the fotos :( so i bottled only at monday, but i had to try it yesterday, because i will travel in next days......was stronger than i :^o so the taste is nice, still a little bit the aroma and smell from the yeast but i m realy happy with it =D> i give it to my mom to try it ...
