Hi all, About to brew the xmas stout and this time I'm adding some oats - noticed that byo mention anything up to 10% of the grist is OK but every recipe I check out is really only adding 2-3% I'm planning on adding a kg which is around 9% of my grist - anyone have an opinion on whether this is goin...

I managed to get mine for around 18 quid each as I bought 3 There is a uk distributor but they charge about 25 quid for one. I would they are worth it though.
