Uneventful brewday... except for a very slow runoff.... which got slower and slower until it stuck.

First time that's happened in a long time. Peculiar.

So, pitched it last night and it's just blow the lid off of FV. That's something of a surprise.

Dunno yet - will report back in a month or so. I'm hoping for some spicy Belgian character but without the esters you get when this yeast is pushed.
