"You might get away with flushing your CFC through with bleach....5 days after you used it  ....But is that good practice :?: " I'm not sure if you do this but according to palmer: "Cleaning and sanitizing copper with bleach solutions is not recommended. The chlorine and hypochlorites in blea...

Re: First bottling - never again!
Oggy Bar The Corni's are 4 Gallon and mosdt kits are 5 gallon. Is that right. Also howo do you keep them chilled? Cheers Craig Sorry, caigmtc...I though you were doing all grain which of course you can tailor to your keg size. You can of course do this with a kit (making a stronger brew) or you can...

I'm asking for a pressure barrel for Christmas. My advice as a tight arsed cheapskate...Don't bother with the barrel...they're OK, but by the time you've splashed out for the S30v/vs and several HB cylinders and ruined a few brews because the lid seal leaks...you might just as well have bought a co...

Re: AG#2 Townes IPA
Townes IPA was one of my first All grain brews...and one of the best...simple and tasty. By the way my 2 kids still reme...

Re: Shock - Horror; I'm thinking of buying a corny keg
Oggy, when you do go to Cork go to a small village nearby called Cobh (pronounced Cove). Buzzin little seaside place. Few pubs there. Cant recall cask ales as i was a bottled lager & guinness drinker back then. Big & i mean big jetty there, its the last place where the Titanic set sail from. Wow no...

20 Cornies, holy pap Batman, anyone beat that then? have you ever had them all filled? How have I ended up with 20 of them...The same reason I have ended up with 5 beer engines (when...
