Re: Fish tank heater

Done at least 15 brews each , and they are the £7 ones off ebay. Might actually need to replace them soon though , just in case , i should probably change m...

lager with liquid lme

Hi I'm slowly growing more confident with my brewing and would like to expand my knowledge and make better beer , or lager in this instance. I've done 3 lager kits that I've lagered for 8 weeks and they have been pretty good baring fermenting the first one too warm. I've ordered 3kg of liquid lme on...

Re: White Grape and Peach TC.

ive done a few of them , i find it goes too dry with the polish syrup, and the first one was very strong as i added sugar as normal and didn't include the sugar in the 3 bottles of syrup.

Re: Variable quality bottles from the same batch...

im certainly no expert , but i'd skip the dishwasher , only likely to clean the outside of bottles. A good bottle brush might be an idea , or my all purpose jetwash ! then sterilize , rinse, starsan drip dry and i put the youngs plastic tops on my bottles, so always have a decent stash of bottles ha...

Re: beverage tubing

i too would like a soloution to whiplash beer lines, having 3 cornies and 6 lines boinging about makes life difficult to close door sometimes (my kegerator in a cupboard room with not much wiggle room for me and the door). Can someone with a decent line feed solution post a few pics ?

Re: Old Boots Aluminium Kegs - does a King Keg lid fit?

ive bought a sodastream adaptor that can go into a standard welding regulator, handy for going to mates house without lugging a big co2 bottle around too. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271557061467? ... EBIDX%3AIT

Re: Hello from Wilko's .....the return

hi wm13 , can i ask you if your rose kits have been changed recently? as ive done around 10 or so that were great , but the last 4 tasted like the cheap stuff you buy in spar ! all brewed same conditions , only thing that could have been different if the store they were bought from.
