HI Lee Fair point of view. But I always fill my cornies to the absolute max to eliminate as much oxygen as possible. I still purge the corny just to make sure that no oxygen is present. I agree that the non return valves albeit an expense guarantee no back pressure and proiblem solved. regards Patch

Hi there I personally dont think you can overfill the keg. I think that the pressure in the keg was greater than the poressure coming from your reg, thats how it backfired and came out the reg. Always de pressure the keg before attaching the gas line. Or you can fit non return valves to your gas lin...

1.085 - 0.995 = 0.090 x 129 = 11.6%
