Yep have used the dried cross my loof Sigmund voss one fermented at 40 went off like a rocket finished fermenting in 48 hours cold crashed for another 48 hours carbonated and drinking it it really is a game changer

Drinking it now no real yeast flavor dropped like a stone after 2 days chilling only used Irish moss no gelatin as well give it a go needs a bit of jigging to get to 40c

Yep used a 400w silicone belt heater on the200 brewbuilder fermenter with an inkbird temp probe in thermowell

Finally got the brewday done used 37.5 red x 160g magnum hops for bittering fermented at 40c with 9 packets cross my loof kveik dried yeast it was 1047 og went down to 1012 in 2 days put the maxi chiller on and kegged it with 2ml of ekg hop extract in each keg

Drill holes in the kingspan to regulate temp and stuff them with something if it gets to cold ???
