Hi newbee question does the LME replace all the sugar kit would norlally, whats the effect of adding more sugars, seems like a far bit added, would i be right in saying this gives the kits more body? What sort of temp does primary fermentation need to be at to produce a good larger Looks really nice

Im thinking about making one of these, Does the ST1000s come with a suitable temp prob or is this bought separately
