What efficiency do you get with an overnight mash?
I use no chill without issue, but mashing overnight sounds intriguing.

Talk us through the decision making on why the MT doesn't sit flat. Not seen that before. Center drain, was very common 10 years ago to eliminate dead space when 3V systems were popular. I would never go back to one personally on a homebrew scale. I sold mine. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro

I can understand using liquid for the more exotic strains, but the bogo WPL001, you can just throw in a pack of M44 at 3 squid a shot.
