So many to choose from but I had a beer made by another homebrewer recently from the European book. Nussdorf St Thomas, absolutely sublime beer. It was made by someone who is an excellent brewer anyway but it was so good!

Is that a GW book?

I've got a 70L HLT, 50L mash tun & 100L Boiler.... I.can brew 15 gallon at around 4.5%

If possible source a pub gas bottle & reg valve..
Or a small co2 fire extinguisher bottle conversion

I always force carbonate by introducing co2 or 70/30 gas mix and then releasing the pressure, I do this a couple of times to purge out any o2... I then introduce co2 whilst vigorously shaking the keg so the brew absorbs it quicker, I then leave it for a week or so under pressure then drop to around ...

I gas and dispense using 3/16 line....
