Could you get by with a faux lager, Pilsner malt and a noble hop fermented cool with a neutral ale, california common or kolsch yeast?
Having said that it's rather chilly in my garage at the moment so perhaps a real one.

Re: Thread type on cornie?
Various. "What Type/Size Posts Will Fit on My Corny Keg? The first thing to determine is the type of keg that you have - Firestone, Spartan, Super Champion, John Wood, Challenger, etc. In order to determine what type of posts will fit on your keg, you'll need to start by determining the brand of the...

Re: Fermenting fridge advice
Unless you've blocked the drain completely any excess pressure would go that way.
Like you say high pressure would help open the door, crash cooling and low pressure may be more interesting.

Re: Raspberry chocolate Russian imperial stout
I can't speak from RIS experience but I've done a couple of chocolate oatmeal stouts around 5% using 200g of cacao nibs per 20L, I don't know how that equates to cocoa powder but it gives a nice amount of chocolate.
As for the raspberry I tried a gallon with 750g, that was way too sharp.

Possibly, but if you re read your original post it would suggest you've bought the cucumbers, have no idea what to do with them and want someone to tell you how. Imagine the response a post saying I've just bought a sack of malt what do I do with it would receive. Now if you said you'd done some res...

Re: pH meters
I use a Voltcraft PH-100, I’m happy with it, it’s certainly better than the cheap pen type one I used before. It also has 2 point calibration so is easier to calibrate.

You've nothing to lose other than some time and 2 packets of yeast.
I'd use S-04 in the stout.
