C02 disaster

Just went to check my beer for a party today and for Christmas , and I've only gone and left my co2 running all night not connected :( 4 cornies of beer now trapped ...Need to think fast .....

I would recommend you did similar.
Put a dedicated supply to your brewery so the control panel can be isolated not just my an mcb and fit commando sockets with isolators to your elements.

The one I made followed the Bells recipie as close as I could although I did use the extra light MA instead of us two row which I've been advised to use lager malt. I over shot my volume which ended up making a slightly weaker beer but I just went with it . The beer I made needs that extra alcohol t...

Still pretty light the munich adds more colour than you expect so with the crystal your going to get some more .
Looks a nice brew lovely and clear.

The key keg is a good idea for brewries who want to send beer and not worry about the cask coming back. They will hold beer longer than a cask , as you need co2 to dispense and it's sealed with it, unlike a cask which is naturally carbonated and unless you use a cask breather usually you get around ...

I'm looking for new hose to go into my beer gun does anyone know where to get any with the fittings attached or if anyone has an accessory pack.

Yes just do it.
When I make a black IPA this is how I deal with not getting a bad PH in the mash adds loads of colour and flavor l.
