Ok... Im with you here on controlling the heat, but how the buggery do you control the cooling side. if im to set a cupboard aside to do the fermenting in, i get how to heat the FV. currently using a water heater (fish tank type) lobbed into the brew. but how would you control it if it gets too war...

Actually its an ale, angry pumpkin. the temp is prob about 22-23c havent tested the temp since turning the heater off (just left the jacket around it) as it was fermenting, i think its roughtly finished now... errm not sure what the yeast was called now either... i didnt need to rehydrate it, just s...
