1 to 2 ounces per gallon for cleaning kettles, 3/4 ounce per gallon for fermenters, kegs, tanks
Is the official info I think personally I just use a scoop and loads of hot water and leave it until it's done.

If you can get 5 of you to split a 22.5kg tub it's about 45quid depending on exchange rate etc. I've done it before in the NE Facebook home brew group. I don't ...

Re: Cheap Internet temperature logger
FYI Vito has made changes to the date system for the next release so it will display the date according to the locale so the UK format should be picked up.

Cheap Internet temperature logger
I've emailed him as I'm in touch with him and I don't think he really uses the issue bit of GitHub I'll feedback when he replies, I'm working on the brewmaniac manual for him and he's pretty quick with things like this when I mail him so fingers crossed it's an easy update. Re: Fuller's ESB clone
Yeah I've found that, done it a couple of times and both times a decent conditioning time was a real benefit. The really old stuff was lovely.

Re: Fuller's ESB clone
It's a nice pint, worth sticking a few bottles away for a good long time, just had one that I made over a year ago and it was a cracking beer. Do AG these days but sorely tempted to brew another wherry as it was that good!

Re: Fuller's ESB clone
Loads of wherry tweaks out there. Brew short to 20l with 500g of dme and dry hop for 5 days with ekg works well using a better yeast. That's not really a esb clone but nice beer. I just lob the hops in the fv after 5 days and rack it 5 days later. About 75g of hops in my case but if you search for S...
