That looks like a cracking mix there,
Instead of .5 lb = 227 g, Unmalted grain of your choice: porridge oats, flaked barley, torrified wheat, etc.
Would i be able to used 227g of Chocolate Malt? or would this be over powering?

I did the Milestones Black Pearl last year with Black Trecle, and it was amazing!

Im the same as you, and many of my brews are not labled. but i do like the suprise of opening them.

How about one of those husky beer fridges?
I have one of the Stella ones, and its spot on for homebrewed bottles, only problem is you can not stand alot up, you have to lay them down, but you can get about 40+ pint bottles in

Hi mate,
I gave that a go and it wad nothing like it, I even went as far as asking tooheys and there responce was that they do not make these kits, a third party company does
