Really? Who's taking they're homebrew into a pub to drink? Fairer to compare supermarket prices:

This is one one I head for: Flock (£3/l or £1.70/pint).
You can't buy proper draught beer in a supermarket though.

Re: Elecricity costs

Apart from the initial phase when I was a lad, I always thought of any cost savings as a bonus. I mean, you usually expect hobbies to cost money.

Re: How Home Brewing Can Grow

The OP hasn't visited the forum since they posted that question. Draw your own conclusions about how interested he is in any answers. Sometimes they may return after a while posting a link to a fantastic product they've found (and get commission from). We'll see. Funnily enough, someone of the same...

Re: First brew in over 4 years.

Hope it turns out OK.

If nothing else, it's got you back into the way of brewing, which is a good thing.

Re: Can't wait to try these

Yeah, if it was an uploading problem it wasn't the bug; in fact iirc the bug affected posting multiple images in one go.

Maybe a connection problem of some kind?

Re: Can't wait to try these

Are you previewing the post before you hit the 'post' button?

There's a bug in this version of the forum software that has a problem when you preview the post beforehand.
