Try the sparkler taps that some shops sell, I've got them on 3 barrels and make a big difference to the pour.

Look up the no chill method. Basically put your hot wort into a hdpe Jerry can and slosh around to sanitise and leave to cool

Have a look at the Speidel 30l ones German quality so should be good, not cheat at £35 though.
Or a cheaper option would be the white bins from copper kettle.

It was taken from Greg Hughes book in the recipie for cherry lambic after primary fermentation add some funky yeast and leave for 4 weeks to do it's stuff

No I just put them in after a week of primary fermentation now waiting 4 weeks until bottling along with White Labs wlp655 sour mix 1.

Cherry Wheat Beer
Something I've wanted to brew for a while now and now I've done it. Wilkos 2 can Wheat beer kit, on special offer at the moment brewed short to 20l. 10 packs / 4.8kg sainsburys dark sweet cherries. The fermentation is a bit volatile to say the least, I've fitted a blow off tube going to a 5l Ashbeck...
