Hi, I think you are steeping /delayed flameout hops rather than making a hop tea.

Hop teas are made in water separately to the wort.

I tried a 100% wheat beer at brew meet in Tonbridge and it was tasty. I did have it on my list of beers to brew but had forgotten about it till your post :D

That beer is a shite example of the proces, try doghead fish 60/90 minute ipa instead. As they take 60 minute ipa turn it into malt extract and then add a small amount to a crappy wells beer.
