I did the tour a couple of years ago, and the brewer gave us a rough idea of what was in it. But i over indulged on the beer, and forgot what he said. On another note, I tried the run aged version at the brewery, it was amazing!

Lager & Poly Kegs

It's been a while since I used my poly kegs, I've for got a few simple things.

I've got a lager ready to transfer over to one.

What psi should I force carb it to & how long?
What's the best temp to do it too?

Well, Glass Hammer has been in the FV for 3 days now, and has dropped down to 1008! Love wet yeast!

I dropped the temp down from 22c to 18c, and tomorrow I will dry hop, then crash cool in a few days.
The yeast ended up giving 86%, so now my abv is 6.8%,rather than 6%

It's all gone bar two bottles. These in entering in the national Homebrew comp. Is was an amazing brew. It came second place at the London craft beer event last month. It's got and incredible 55/60 possible marks. One judge awarded or 57 and one 55! The winner of the comp won with an ipa and got 57/...
