Paz1 is correct, ending up with a more volume post boil will reduce your fianl OG. If your target is 25l and you end up 2l too much then the same sugars are being spread thinner hence a lower concentration. You could bulk it up with some DME at this point pre-fermentation, or just go for it and enjo...
