Sorachi Ace Hops
Any used these hops? Thinking I may use them to dry hop the Coopers Irish Stout. Apparently they have a lemon & coconut taste or am I best leaving this kit alone as Iv heard it's a good kit without messing about with it

Insulation Foil?!
Hi has anyone used and had success maintaining the temperature of their FV using insulation foil? Having problems during the night with the temperature dropping as low as 15 Degrees (59 Fahrenheit) I have a heat belt on during the day then to help pick it back up, but surely this is no good for the ...

Help on Extract Brewing Please
Right guys I'm thinking of doing an extract brew instead of kit brewing however...
1) What extra equipment would I need?
2) How different is this from Kit brewing and what's the average costs for 20-23 litres.
3) Any good sites/Advice & or videos to help?!?

Thanks for the replies and tips. Will be looking to get this done after we move house. I tried the marble brewery IPA at a recent beer festival and really enjoyed which gave me the idea of adding tea. Me personally I'd be a bit concerned adding the tea during fermentation incase it effects the ferme...
