To get it back you could consider using a tourniquet or mounting it cowboy style and use your own weight to bring it back. Please post pics for us all as your wife catches you...

Like everything in life if you fast track or force it it’s never as good.
Some of the fresh hop punch has fallen off but still a great beer. I’d say sweet spot was about 2-3 weeks in the keg so 4-5 weeks after I pitched.

Another thing I do is place into a builders bucket and grind straight into the tube. I then pop any extra that came out the bottom (fines)...

Refilling soda stream bottles.

I have one that I use for a soda stream, herself likes the fizzy water and I mess around with additions trying to mimic the posh stuff [emoji6].Trick is to do refill real slow, as we all know co2 is a liquid compressed , my fire extinguisher has the stem removed for keg carbonation and so it fills b...

Keg was at the back of the fridge and I’m happily chugging the last pint as it so easy to drink, damn forgot the pic it’s the last of the keg and I moved it so there’s a little bit of cloud that wasn’t there on the first one but you get the idea. Kegged 6th Aug. and in a 4 degree fridge. https://upl...

Re: Kev’s gf brews

I was very nervous about using it but did a bounty bar beer (chocolate vanilla porter) with 600g in dry hop for 4 days. It made amazing addition and allowed no trub into cornie, the muslin bag there on the siphon was because I wasn’t sure what was going to happen as it was floating initially. I will...
