By continuing with your registration you consent to having all the information you enter stored in a database; this database is kept as secure as possible and is only accessible by site admin and forum moderators. Your email address will be used to verify your account and to send you emails notifying you of private messages, posts to subscribed threads etc providing you enable these services on your user profile. None of your details will be passed to any third parties unless required by applicable laws. Public posts you make will be visible to anyone, those made in members only areas will be visible to all registered forum members.

If you create an account but do not subsequently visit the forum within the next 4 weeks, your account and all your details will be deleted.

If you have never made a posting to the forum and do not visit the forum for a period of a year or more, your account and all your details will be deleted.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Jims Home Brew Forum” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
